TYPES OF TRAINING
Five weeks of non-stop training that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Our camps are conducted inside (we do offer outside camps as well), which is convenient no matter the time of year or weather forecast.
Minimum of 4 and a Max of 8. We will design a program based upon your needs both novice and advanced. Work out with friends, family or co-workers and still receive personalized attention. Get the benefits of personalized training at a fraction of the cost.
